After studying the oboe at the London College of Music (G.L.C.M.), I specialised in woodwind tuition on the post-graduate course at Birmingham University (P.G.C.E.). See my full CV here.


I am an experienced (30 years!) woodwind tutor, currently working for the Suffolk County Music Service as a peripatetic woodwind teacher.


I am happy to teach any age*, beginners to advanced, any style (jazz, classical, rock etc.). Lessons can be adapted to meet individual preferences.


For grade exams 1- 8, I use either the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) or Trinity/Guildhall syllabi.
